  Pakistani has so many different and unique colors. It is full of spices, taste, colors and having different interesting forms. Pakistani cooking is influenced by the Indian cooking, Afghani cooking, irani cooking, Arabian cooking and others. Due to the strong and close relationship history with India, Pakistani recipes and cooking is greatly influenced by Indian cooking style. Almost all the Indian and Pakistani cooking is same. Pakistani cooking include Barbecue, curries, rice dishes such as Biryani, pullao and others, desserts or meetha such as kheer, sheer khourma, sawwaiyan and others, mithai or sweets such as Gulab jaman, barfi, bhashani and others, halwas such as carrot’s halwa,  Suji’s halwa and others. Pakistani cooking involves great preparations lots of ingredients should be there to prepare Pakistani food. Lots of spices are included in Pakistani dishes. For the preparation of special curries such as haleem, paye, nihari not only lots of ingredients but also a long time is required.
