Karachi is the largest city of Pakistan, it is largest in terms of population and it is located on the large area. The administrative control of Karachi city is under the City district government Karachi (CDGK). Currently the Nazim of Karachi city if Syed Mustafa Kamal who was elected by voting, he got the office in 2005. There are 18 towns in Karachi that have their own administration and these all are working the administrative control of CDGK. Each town is free and independent to elect their own Nazim by voting. The first nazim of Karachi city was Naimatullah who belonged to Jamat e Islami.
